You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Motusphere a licence to display and distribute that content on the platform.
You may not use Motusphere to post illegal content, harass other users, spam, or engage in fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account termination.
Motusphere facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying listings and completing transactions safely.
Motusphere is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Motusphere after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
